• Submit a project inquiry, detailing your needs, scope, and goals. Our team will review it and get in touch with you promptly.

Step 3: Connect & Negotiate

• We handle all communications and negotiations with the artist or creator on your behalf. We ensure that the artist’s unique skills align perfectly with your project requirements.

Step 4: Receive a Quote

• You will receive a clear, comprehensive quote for the project, covering all costs. There are no hidden fees; you see the final amount to ensure complete transparency.

Step 5: Deposit Payment

• Once you’re ready to proceed, a 50% deposit will be required to start the project. This deposit secures the artist’s time and initiates the creative process.

Step 6: Project Creation

• The artist will begin their work. We will facilitate all communication, ensuring that the project is progressing according to your expectations.

Step 7: Design Revisions

• All projects include two rounds of design changes, unless otherwise agreed upon. We ensure these are implemented smoothly and effectively.

Step 8: Final Approval & Payment

• Once you approve the final work, the remaining balance is due. This ensures both quality and satisfaction before the final delivery.

Step 9: Final Delivery

• Once the balance is paid, the completed project, along with a signed rights-to-use form, will be delivered to you. Your satisfaction is guaranteed at every step.

• Applying to rkg.art and being represented is completely free. We only get paid by the client when they hire you. You will always receive 100% of your required fee.

1- Complete the Application Form

• Fill out the form and send us either 10 high-resolution images of your work or 5 links to your videos on YouTube or Vimeo.

2- Review of Your Application

• We will review your application and provide an answer within 72 hours.

3- Profile Creation and Promotion

• Once you are approved, we will create your own page on our website and begin promoting your work in our campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

4- Client Requests

• When a client contacts us with a project request, we will gather details about the project scope and budget.

5- Offer Presentation

• We will contact you in Japanese with the project details. You can choose to accept or decline the project.

6- Quotation Submission

• If you accept the project, you will be asked to provide a quote for the project, as well as any questions you may have for the client.

7- Client Negotiation

• We will negotiate with the client, including your required fee (or higher). If the client requests a significantly reduced fee, we will usually reject them. We only work with serious clients and review their credibility beforehand.

8- Contract & Deposit

• Once the client agrees and signs a contract, they must provide a 50% deposit. This deposit will be transferred to you so you can begin your work.

9- Work & Updates

• You are required to complete the work within the agreed timeline and provide daily updates to rkg.art.

10- Design Revisions

• All contracts allow for two design changes by the client, unless otherwise specified.

11- Final Payment

• Once the final work is approved, the client must pay the remaining balance. You will receive the payment within 48 hours.

12- Delivery & Rights

• After the client’s payment is confirmed, we will deliver the final work and provide the rights-to-use form, signed by you.

7- クライアントとの交渉

• クライアントに対し、あなたの必要な報酬（またはそれ以上）を含む交渉を行います。クライアントが大幅な値引きを求める場合、通常は拒否します。私たちは信頼できるクライアントのみと仕事をします

8- Contract & Deposit

• クライアントが契約に合意し署名したら、50%のデポジットを受け取ります。このデポジットはあなたに送金され、作業を開始します。

9- 作業と進捗報告

• 合意された期限内に作業を完了し、毎日rkg.artに進捗を報告してください。

10- デザインの修正

11- 最終支払い

• 最終作品が承認されると、クライアントに残額の支払いを求めます。48時間以内にあなたに支払います

12- 納品と権利

• クライアントの支払いが確認され次第、最終作品を納品し、あなたが署名した使用権フォームを提供します。
